Frustration, anger, depression, sadness, and such other things fill your life with deep negative feelings. Sooner or later you need to get rid of them all if you want to move on, move forward and live a happy life.
Becoming CA & building your life
When you are a CA student, you have two broad things to take care of. One is your goal of becoming CA, and another is building all the major aspects of your life. I group these two aspects into Becoming CA and Becoming CA Plus.
For the students who fail in the CA course, the aspects of becoming CA consist of these: your dream or goal of becoming CA, the problems & challenges that you face along the way, the failure you faced, and in case of repeated failures, the thoughts you begin to get on whether to give up or drop out, and to move on and move forward in your life.
And as mentioned in this article, your life consists of the following aspects: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, professional, social and personal. Building your life means building all of these individual aspects of your life.
When you go through repeated failures in the CA course, one of the aspects of your life that is affected the most is your emotions.
When you begin to compare your life with the CA students who once were your classmates and who went ahead while you remained where you were 6, 12, 18, 24 months ago in the CA course and so on. Your emotions are affected when you begin to only wish for a better life, lack the motivation to go ahead, see your family in serious trouble, come from a stressful financial background, and/or when people in your life do not understand you the way you want them to, and so on.
All the major aspects of your life that are mentioned above are interconnected. That means, when one aspect of your life is affected, it can, in turn, affect other aspects of your life. Sometimes, this can grow complex and difficult to deal with and to overcome on your own. That is why we encourage CA students to seek help in overcoming their problems.
How to deal with them?
Also, frustration, anger, depression, sadness, and such other things fill your life with deep negative feelings. Sooner or later you need to get rid of them all if you want to move on, move forward and live a happy life.
The emotional aspect of your life requires you to build your emotional strength and emotional intelligence. That means, safeguarding your emotions no matter what happens to you or how people treat you during your times of need. Developing your emotional strength also means developing all the positive emotions in you despite the possible negativity that can contain in your circumstances and environment.
We’ll write more articles on helping you develop your emotional strength and emotional intelligence here.
